You may use as many days as you want to watch the entire four hours. If you stop at the end of a section and log off when you next log on you will take up where you left off at the next section.
Yes. You can go back as many times as you want. You will never be blocked from revisiting the class room and you do not have to start over from the beginning.
When you finish the program you can immediately print out a certificate at home that will have your name on it. If you do not have a printer you can have your lawyer print it out at their office or you can have a friend with a printer print it out at their home or office. If you have no access to a printer a certificate will be mailed or faxed to you upon request.
While technical problems are very rare if you do have a problem you can call the technician at 407 786 7330 during the day or send us an email describing your problem and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
No. In order to prove that you have completed the entire course the videos are integrated into our website. As you watch each video it tells our server to flag that you have completed it. If you watch the videos outside of the website we would have no way of crediting you.
After the final video is completed you will be taken to a rewards page. On this page you will see a PRINT icon with a picture of a printer. Click this icon and you will be taken to the Print Your Certificate page. This page will automatically start downloading your certificate. You will need the free Adobe PDF viewer to print your certificate. You can download this software from:
